Here's the first look at Disney's new movie, 'Tangled.' It's the story of Princess Rapunzel who falls in love with a bandit. Mandy Moore is the voice for Rapunzel while 'Chuck' star Zachary Levi is the voice of Flynn Ryder.
Looks like a good movie to take the kids to :)

Beyonce And Jay-Z's Blue Ivy Trademark: An Expert Explains
Couple likely 'trying to protect what they rightfully own or created,' family law expert tells MTV News.

<P><a href="/music/artist/knowles_beyonce/artist.jhtml">Beyoncé</a> and <a href="/music/artist/jay_z/artist.jhtml">Jay-Z</a> have filed an application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to protect their month-old baby's name and reserve it for future use, MTV News has confirmed. The superstar couple reportedly sought the trademark to stop the use of Blue Ivy's name by others. </P><P> </P><P></p><div class="player-placeholder right" id="vid:725377.id:1676907" width="240" height="211"></div><p> </P><P> </P><P>It's a smart move, according to family law attorney and author <a href="http://www.vikkiziegler.com/" target="_blank">Vikki Ziegler</a>. "[Seeking the trademark] forestalls competitors from using the child's name and or third parties from attempting to sell the baby's name back to the couple," Ziegler told MTV News. "They are likely trying to protect what they rightfully own or created, shall we say, by trademarking Blue Ivy's name." </P><P> </P><P>The application to trademark Blue Ivy Carter's name, filed by BGK Trademark Holdings (Beyoncé's company) is currently pending but will likely be approved because, as the <a href="http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/reliable-source/post/blue-ivy-the-trademark-feds-move-fast-on-rights-to-beyonce-and-jay-zs-babys-name/2012/02/03/gIQAOTDGnQ_blog.html" target="_blank"><i>Washington Post</i></a> reports, parents are legally authorized to trademark the names of their minor children. </P><P> </P><P>"In essence, it's a trademark for a brand, and this brand is expected to be one hot commodity — just look at Blue Ivy's parents," Ziegler said. "Anyone else that tried to use the name after the trademark was approved could be sued and held liable for damages." </P><P> </P><P></p><div class="player-placeholder right" id="vid:724613.id:1676907" width="240" height="211"></div><p> </P><P> </P><P>While the Patent Office looks fondly on attempts to trademark the name of one's own child, attempts to do the same with the names of other people's kids are another story, as two designers learned when they sought — just days after Blue Ivy's birth — to trademark the baby's name for their own use. </P><P> </P><P>Applications from fashion designer Joseph Mbeh to patent "Blue Ivy Carter NYC" and by an unnamed designer to trademark "Blue Ivy Carter Glory IV" for a fragrance line were denied by the Patent Office, which noted in its decision that the name belonged to a "very famous infant" and consumers would wrongly assume that any products bearing the name had been approved by Beyoncé and Jay-Z. </P><P> </P><P>Ziegler noted that the trademark would "protect against others using the child's name as a brand of merchandise in the same marketplace," so it will not impact the "Blue Ivy" trademark held by a clothing boutique in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. The store filed to trademark <i>its</i> name on January 19, 2011, a year before Queen B and Jay made the name famous. At SXSW, Matthew McConaughey Says It's OK To Laugh At 'Killer Joe'
'It's a bit of a hyperreality ... very violent, at the same time, it's very funny,' star tells MTV News at South by Southwest film festival.

Despite the fact Matthew McConaughey is a homegrown Texan, this is the first year he's attending Austin's annual South by Southwest film festival in support of a film of his that was selected. And McConaughey isn't just in town for one premiere — he's here for two: "Killer Joe" and "Bernie."
In "Joe," the "Lincoln Lawyer" star plays a contract killer hired by a young man (Emile Hirsch) who's trying to get rid of his mom for stealing his drugs. Sound outrageous? It is. So much so that the castmembers revealed that while watching some of the scenes, they didn't know if they should laugh or be offended.
"It's a comedy, but everyone played it straight," McConaughey told MTV News at the SXSW premiere Saturday night. "It wasn't a comedy where you played the joke. The situations are absurd. It's a bit of a hyperreality like in some good Tarantino films — very violent, at the same time, it's very funny."
Co-star Gina Gershon added, "The wonderful thing about it is that you could be watching a scene and ... one person watching is totally horrified and the other is laughing their head off. Sometimes, it's like, 'This is kind of sexy.' 'No, it's horrible!' 'No, it's funny.' It really screws with your emotions a lot."
Hirsch admitted that the fact that his character hires a hitman to kill his mom is extreme, but she asked for it when she stole his drugs.
"It's kind of crazy. I think the MTV crowd — whoever those Music Television-loving people are out there — could like it," he said. "I don't know. I'm not going to tell them they will."
The "Into the Wild" star said he liked the insanity of the story — and that he got to act with a limp. "It was good. [Director William] Friedkin kept coming up to me and was like, 'Don't forget the pain. Let me see that limp, let me see that leg.' "
McConaughey said he expects a lot of delayed laughter from audiences because people can't decide whether they should find the situations funny: "It's the kind of late laugh that you go, 'I'm not supposed to be laughing, but I just found myself laughing, and is it OK for me to laugh at that 'cause I just did?' I like it."
